Common Inquiry Questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
We accept orders from single elements for pilot testing up to full project supply contracts. There is no fixed minimum order quantity, though pricing is volume-dependent.
Do you provide factory test reports?
Yes. Every RO element is 100% pressure-tested before shipment. Batch test reports documenting actual permeate flow and salt rejection values are included with all orders.
Can you support SGS or third-party inspection?
Yes. We support pre-shipment inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas, or any customer-nominated inspection agency. Inspection coordination is included in our export service.
What is the typical lead time for a project order?
Standard lead time is 4–8 weeks from order confirmation, depending on product type and quantity. Rush orders may be accommodated depending on production schedule.
Do you offer technical support for system design?
Yes. Our technical team can assist with element selection, system sizing, recovery calculations, and pre-treatment recommendations for your specific feed water and project requirements.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T (telegraphic transfer) and Letter of Credit (L/C). Payment terms are negotiable for established customers and large project orders.
